Do you provide Remote Support?
We have been offering remote support for many years and we are continuing to help many of our clients who are self isolating or working from home. We are able to carry out many support tasks remotely to help keep you all going, including software issues, virus removals, printer issues, etc. So please get in contact to discuss what the problem is so we can advise you to see what the best course of action is and yes we will offer free advice when we can.
What hours are you open?
Out hours have been extended to help as many customers as necessary, we normally work 9 am to 9 pm but are currently working beyond those hours to be able support you all. So please get in touch if you need help and support, we are truly here to help during these difficult times.
